It is a challenge for any parent to juggle education or a career with raising a child. For young parents, the responsibilities of having a family often interfere in their education and can cause a sense of isolation leading to declining confidence and engagement with mainstream provision.
Projects
Young Mums Will Achieve is a successful project working with teenage mothers in Cornwall offering tailored learning provision and intensive personal support. The project directly tackles the barriers to leanring to reduce the rate of those who are not in employment, education or tranining.
