Working in a Non-Traditional Environment: Training Package

This is a self-study programme for women who are considering returning to, or changing, work, with an emphasis on non-traditional employment. The 30-hour programme is designed to be delivered over eight weeks, including some self-study at home. The programme has been mapped to the new Open College Network Qualification: Working in a Non-Traditional Environment (Level 1 at 3 credits and Level 2 at 3 credits).

Interview Skills Booklet

This guide was written for staff of the partner organisations in the Equal Development Partnership 'Valuing Learning, Strengthening Communities', involved in interviewing beneficiaries. More broadly, it explains how to draw up action plans and individual learning plans, set targets and monitor progress.

Job-readiness Toolkit

As part of the Tackling Multiple Disadvantage in London Equal Development Partnership, the commercial recruitment agency, Prospectus, produced a 'job-readiness assessment' toolkit to assist job coaches and employment advisers working with clients who are faced with multiple labour market disadvantages to help them make an assessment of an individual's employability.

Exploring Innovative Ways to Support Festival-based Enterprise

This report summarises the activities that have taken place through Celebrating Enterprise Equal Development Partnership run by London City University. It details the rationale for the project and gives a flavour of project activities, partners and lessons learnt.

Beyond the Numbers Game Evaluation Report

This report argues for a more considered and qualitative approach to evaluation and research, especially in relation to participatory media. The report explores policy research and evaluation reports, especially in the arts and media sectors, and notes that many readers only read the executive summary of reports. This means that the nuance and detail of the research is often lost.
